As an exlcusive highlight the very low profiled doorboards are integrating a powerful 3-way-soundsystem in the BMW Z4. Even in the special edition »Design Pure White« the doorboards in standard black trim support the noble ambiance in the BMW Z4. With a complex construction the upper edge of the doorboards fits exactly round the handle.
The grilles with light-fast acoustic fabric cover three 165mm (6,5″) woofers and make the speakers unvisible. A forth woofer supports the bass range in the original place in the leg room.

The series maximum of 8 x 165mm (6,5″) woofers is raising a tremendous sound firework in the BMW Z4 – even with the top down! The high quality 26mm (1″“) softdome neodymium tweeters in the mirror triangle and the 100mm (4″“) High-end midrange speaker in the original mount of the car doors are attuned exactly to the car acoustic. The 3-way soundsystem in the BMW Z4 therefore offers a very lively sound image with impressive dynamics, powerful bass playback and fine-drawing tweeter payback.
